      Description

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Log into https://folio-snapshot.dev.folio.org/ as the admin
      2. Select Users>Actions>Refunds to process manually
      3. Select Start date or End date
      4. Use button for clear date

      Expected Results:
      Start date should be blank

      Actual Results:
      Start date have wrong value "Invalid date" (Invalid date.JPG)
