Refund report should display "Export in progress" message after "Save & close" button pressed

Messaging for the refund report needs to be updated. There are two new messages required:

1. After the "Save & close" button is pressed, if no data is found to meet the criteria entered, please display the red "Success toast" message with this text: No refunds exist for criteria entered
2. After the "Save & close" button is pressed, if data is found to meet the criteria entered, please display the green "Success toast" message with this text: Export in progress (see attached screen print Export-in-progress.jpg)
