Description
Overview: This just started happening on Honeysuckle, so it must be due to a recent change.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Log into Honeysuckle BugFest as folio/folio
- Go to User Information page for a user
- Open Fees/Fines accordian
- Press Create fee/fine button
- On New Fee/Fine page, select 'Holly Fee/Fine Owner'
Expected Results:
Fee/Fine Type drop down populates with values set up for Fee/Fine Owner 'Holly Fee/Fine Owner' in Manual Charges table
Actual Results:
No values appear in the Fee/Fine Type drop down for Fee/Fine Owner 'Holly Fee/Fine Owner'
Additional Information:
- This has happened several times before, in earlier releases.
- This is not a new Fee/Fine Owner and none of the Fee/Fine Types are new.
- If I select a different Fee/Fine Owner then click back to 'Holly Fee/Fine Owner', the values for Fee/Fine Type will appear.
- I have attached a video recording showing what happens.
