'Patron blocks: Limits' not refreshing when 'Patron group' added, modified or deleted

Overview: When I add a new Patron group I have to do a refresh before it will show up at Settings>Users>Patron blocks: Limits. The same is true for modifications to and deletions of Patron groups. I have attached a video recording of the errors (see zoom_2.mp4).

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into https://bugfest-honeysuckle.folio.ebsco.com/ as an admin
2. Go to Settings>Users>Patron blocks: Limits (just to cache the page)
3. Go to Settings>Users>General: Patron groups
4. Add a new Patron group
5. Immediately go to Settings>Users>Patron blocks: Limits

Expected Results:
New Patron group appears as one of the Limits

Actual Results:
New Patron group does NOT appear as one of the Limits (unless I refresh the page or go to another option at Settings>Users and come back to Limits)

Additional Information:
Same behavior occurs if I modify the Patron group name or delete the Patron group. The change is not reflected at Settings>Users>Patron blocks: Limits until I refresh the page or go to another option at Settings>Users and then go back to Settings>Users>Patron blocks: Limits.
