Add explicit truncation to search type: "Barcode"

Split from UIUI-1708

Purpose: Make it possible to better narrow search to find user records

User story statement(s):

As a librarian who is trying to locate a user record in the Users app
I want to be able to use explicit truncation in the search field barcode
so that I can find a specific user more quicklywith less "noise" in the search results

Scenarios:

1. Scenario:
   • Given barcode is selected
   • When "123" is entered into the search box and search is executed
   • Then all users with the barcode 123 should display
2. Scenario:
   • Given barcode is selected
   • When "123*" is entered into the search box
   • Then all users with the barcode beginning with 123 should display (e.g. 123456)
