      Purpose: Some institutions like the service point closest to the delivery address to be responsible for fulfilling the delivery request (because many delivery requests are hand delivered to faculty offices). In order to facilitate this, FOLIO will allow the population of a DFSP in the user's address block. FOLIO will not be responsible for determining which SP is closes to a delivery address (libraries have some other mechanism for this and will simply populate the results in FOLIO).

      User story statement(s):

      As a circ staff person
      I want to only have to fulfill the delivery requests for the nearby addresses
      So that I am only responsible for the requests that I can fulfill most efficiently

      1. Scenario:
        • Given a user record in create or edit
        • When the address block is displayed
        • Then "Delivery fulfillment service point" should display in the address block as shown in the linked mockup:
          • Type: Dropdown menu containing all service points where Delivery fulfillment service point = Y (in Settings > Tenant). Displayed in alphabetical order
          • Validation: Optional
          • Default value: "Select service point" (it needs to be possible to re-select this value after you have selected another value)
      2. Scenario:
        • Given a user record in view
        • When the address block is displayed
        • Then "Delivery fulfillment service point" should display read-only (display blank if not specified)
