Loan Details: Change Operator to Source

Purpose: Since the source of a loan action may sometimes not be a FOLIO operator (e.g. if it's done through the discovery or self checkout system) we want to display "Source" instead of "Operator"

Scenarios:

1. Scenario
   • Given the Operator column on Loan Details
   • When displayed
   • Then column header should read "Source" as shown in attached wireframe
