Patron groups displayed as Patron block LIMITS are not in same 'case' as actual Patron groups

While testing automated patron blocks at https://bugfest-goldenrod.folio.ebsco.com/, Holly noticed that the Limits listed at Settings>Users>Patron blocks: Limits do not exactly match the Patron groups at Settings>Users>General: Patron groups. The names are the same, but the letters are not in the same 'case' for 39 of the 43 Limits at https://bugfest-goldenrod.folio.ebsco.com/.

For example:

• Patron group 'ABC Patrons' displays as Limit 'Abc patrons'
• Patron group 'UC Stu/PhD, Qtr Unlim Ren' displays as Limit 'Uc stu/phd, qtr unlim ren'

This is particularly odd when the Patron group name includes an acronym, such as ABC, UC, PhD.
