Save button in Change Password disappears on smaller screens

When browser with gets smaller than about 1400px wide, the save button on the Settings -> My profile -> Change password begins to fall off the right side of the page. By 1300px, it's completely gone and no side-scrolling option is available.

The placement of the save button in the lower right also seems inconsistent with the placement of other save buttons in the upper right.
