Forgot Username screen | Screenreader does not read password error message

1. Use NVDA screenreeader
2. Go to FOLIO Login screen
3. Click Forgot Username
4. Enter invalid value
5. Hit Enter key

Actual: Error message is not read by the screenreader and focus does not move to the error message
AND aria invalid should be true NOT false upon entering a value

Expected: Error message is read by the screenreader and focus moves to the error message
