    Description

      1. Use NVDA screenreeader
      2. Open a Reset your FOLIO password email
      3. Go to Choose Password screen
      4. Enter invalid credentials
      5. Hit Enter key

      Actual: Error message is not read by the screenreader and focus does not move to the error message

      Expected: Error message is read by the screenreader and focus moves to the error message
