Settings > Users > Create/Edit Permission set

To support FOLIO UX consistency, please make the following updates

Create new permission record / Edit permission record

• Remove the Create permission set button in the header
• Display the Cancel and Save & close buttons on the footer pane (See: https://ux.folio.org/storybook/?selectedKind=Pane&selectedStory=PaneFooter&full=0&addons=1&stories=1&panelRight=0&addonPanel=REACT_STORYBOOK%2Freadme%2Fpanel)
• Remove the pencil icon on the pane header title. So now the paneheader title should read Edit: <<permission set name>>
• Remove Save & Close from the pane header
