Fees/Fines History and Fee/Fine Details displaying "undefined" as Instance (Material Type)

Steps

1. Open a user record at https://bugfest.folio.ebsco.com/.
2. Open the Fees/Fines accordion.
3. Press the Create fee/fine.
4. Enter a new manual fee/fine that is not associated to an item.

Expected Results

1. Item-related columns in Fees/Fines History will have a - in them
2. Item-related fields in Fee/Fine Details will have a - in them

Actual Results

1. Item (Material) column in Fees/Fines History contains undefined but should have a - (see attachment FF-History-displays-undefined.png).
2. Item (Material) field in Fee/Fine Details contains undefined but should have a - (see attachment FF-Details-displays-undefined.jpg).
