Change due date failures

1. Scenario
   • Given the Change due date modal, with at least one loan with the status Declared lost checked and at least one loan with the status Checked out checked, and the date and time field populated
   • When the user selects Save and close
   • Then display the Change due date end modal (attached):
     • Above table, display message <number of failures> due dates not changed. <number of successes> due dates successfully changed
     • for each Declared lost item, display the message "Due date change failed: item is Declared lost"
     • for each successful due date, display the message "Due date & time has successfully been changed" (current behavior)
     • Controls: Close

Current behavior around Declared lost items (sends user back to beginning of interaction, makes it unclear that change due date has succeeded for some items):
