    Description

      Problem

      1. Create user A via mod-user-import with username 12345
      2. Go to FOLIO and find User A
      3. Click Send reset password email on User A record

      Actual outcome: "User clicks the link to reset his password and enters a new password, instead of seeing a "Success" message, he is seeing the following error: "Sorry, the information entered does not match our records."

      Expected outcome: Display Send a create password email link that includes a link to the Create Password page
