Error when attempting to delete a patron block

    Description

      Holly found this problem when attempting to test the fix for UIU-1420 at https://folio-testing.aws.indexdata.com/

      The first time you attempt to delete a patron block, you receive this error...

      ...but the second time you attempt to delete the same patron block it will actually be deleted.
