Description
Purpose: To get started on loan renewals. This is just a quick first pass in which we will allow loan renewals without reference to a loan policy (since we don't yet have loan rules as a way to associate loans to policies).
Scenarios:
- Scenario
- Given the Renew action for Loan A on the loans page (see
UIU-128) - When selected
- Then Loan A should be renewed and:
- The due date displaying for Loan A on the Loans page should be pushed out by 30 days (eventually, the renewal period will come from the policy, but we'll hard code 30 days for now)
- The count displaying in the renewals column should increase by 1
- A loan action should be logged for the renewal on Loan Details
- Action Date - Date of renewal
- Action - "Renewed"
- Due Date - Should update to reflect new due date for loan (30 days later than original)
- Operator - Name of user who renewed the item (the person who was logged into FOLIO and clicked "renew" in the actions menu). Eventually, renewals will also be supported for patrons via discovery in which case that will be noted differently.
- Given the Renew action for Loan A on the loans page (see
