Include New "Open - Awaiting delivery" Status When Accessing Requests from User Record

Purpose: To ensure the "open requests" list accessed from the user record includes all open requests (including those in the new, open status of "Open - Awaiting delivery" being created as part of CIRC-508).

Scenarios:

1. Scenario
   • Given the "Open requests" link on any an user record (view)
   • When clicked
   • Then the request list page should be prefiltered by:
     • Requester/user barcode (should display in search box)
     • Request status is open:
       • Open - Awaiting pickup
       • Open - Not yet filled
       • Open - In transit
       • Open - Awaiting delivery (NEW)
2. Scenario
   • Given the "Request queue" option in the ellipses menu on the Loans page for a loan with open requests (Users > Loans)
   • When clicked
   • Then the request list page should be prefiltered by:
     • Item barcode/identifier CB: There is an open bug related to this right now which might make sense to address while we are in here: UIREQ-350
     • Request status is open:
       • Open - Awaiting pickup
       • Open - Not yet filled
       • Open - In transit
       • Open - Awaiting delivery (NEW)
3. Scenario
   • Given the "Request queue" link on the Loan details page for a loan with open requests (Users > Loans > Loan details)
   • When clicked
   • Then the request list page should be prefiltered by:
     • Item barcode/identifier CB: There is an open bug related to this right now which might make sense to address while we are in here: UIREQ-350
     • Request status is open:
       • Open - Awaiting pickup
       • Open - Not yet filled
       • Open - In transit
       • Open - Awaiting delivery (NEW)
