Change due date modal displaying only 10 when > 10 loans selected

Steps to repro:

1. Log into FOLIO (I saw this in https://bugfestq31.folio.ebsco.com but I assume it is also present on https://folio-daisy.aws.indexdata.com/ and snapshot)
2. Ask zburke to populate over 100 loans for a test user (not sure if having this many loans is relevant, but that's what I started with for this test)
   • I used this user in Bugfest 3.1: https://bugfestq31.folio.ebsco.com/users/view/2084e201-b0da-4ac3-b3ae-873c48596093?query=McCullough&sort=name
   • In folio-snapshot, the user leslie will have 21 loans charged (the many-items integration test, which runs nightly, populates these loans).
3. On the loans page, select all loans (I had 181)
4. Click Change due date button

Expected: Should show all selected loans in modal

Actual: Only 10 loans show in the change due date modal

NOTE: there is a "many-items" integration test that runs nightly against folio-snapshot to create an instance record with 21 affiliated item records that are then all charged to a single user. In inventory, use the keyword search "dukas"; in users search for "leslie" and choose "Auer, Darius".
