Chalmers: Overdue loans report containing loans that aren't overdue

Steps to repro:

1. Log into Chalmers' production environment
2. Go to Users
3. From the pane header dropdown, choose Overdue loans report
4. Export report (I have attached it here)

Expected: Report should only contain loans that are overdue

Actual: Report contains 10 loans, only one of which has a due date in the past

Additional information: 8 of the 10 loans in the report are migrated loans. I have added a column on the left to indicate which are migrated and which aren't. Migrated loans have a source of Administrator, Administrator as opposed to a user name on Loan details:
