The open-loans page doesn't scroll nicely when many loans are present. This was discovered in the context of ~~UIU-1263~~.

Options include:

wait for a rewritten Dropdown component (~~STCOM-602~~) in a future stripes-components release
locally implement a more efficient version of Dropdown or a suitable replacement (https://github.com/folio-org/ui-users/pull/983)
