Cannot select loans in Open Loans to Renew or Change Due Date

Testing Open Loans at *https://bugfest.folio.ebsco.com* as part of Bug Fest.

To duplicate (see attached screen print CheckTopBox.JPG):
1) Checkout items to a user.
2) View loaned items in Open Loans.
3) Click top checkbox, which should select all of the items below it.
4) Note that none of the items below are checked.
5) Note that the two buttons that were grayed out are now active.
6) Press the Renew button.
7) You will see that nothing is actually renewed.
8) If you refresh the page at this point, you will be "stuck" (you can no longer look at details, switch to closed loans, or X out of the page).

You will also have a problem if you click in the box for one row (see attached screen print SelectSingleRow.JPG):. The check mark won't appear, but the box will be high-lighted and the grayed out options will become active. Once again, however, nothing really happens.
