Description
Purpose: Libraries want to assign Departments to users via the UI
Requirements
- Should only display Department field when the user has added a Department in Settings > Users > Department
- Department is a repeatable field.
- Department is not a required field
- Should be able to assign multiple departments
- Should be able to remove all assigned department
As a staff person
I want to be able to enter as many departments as needed in the User record
so that I am aware of all the departments assigned to that user.
Scenarios

Given I am a User create/edit record
When a department has been added to Settings > Users > Department
AND I have the Extended Information accordion open
Then I can assign one or more departments to a user record - Scenario
IF I am on a User edit record
AND I have previously assigned a department(s) to a User record
THEN I should be able to unassign a department(s) from a User record - Scenario
Given I am viewing a User record
When that record already has a department(s) assigned to it
Then display saved value(s)
AND if multiple values are saved then separate each value with a comma
