The PermissionSets component is not updating on the creation/deletion of permission sets

To recreate go to settings -> users -> permissionSets and click the + to add a new permission set. The pane displaying the list of permission sets does not show updated set.

For the deletion of a set go to go to settings -> users -> permissionSets -> select a set and the click on the delete button and then click on the confirm button. This will result in the deletion of the set but not the removal of the set from the pane listing all permission sets.
