Description
Purpose: To allow the user to remove extraneous columns in the open loans table in general, not just per session
As a staff person
I want to be able to remove unnecessary columns from the open loans table (e.g. call number and fee/fine for Chalmers)
So that the table is cleaner and easier to read.

NOTE Per Cate, a user currently can select columns in some areas, but it only works within a single session
