Be able to limit User searches to exclude e-mail and user name - DRAFT

Purpose: When searching for Users, be able to search on user only and exclude hits that may be found in user name or e-mail address

As a staff person
I want to limit y User searches to names only, and exclude false hits from the user name or e-mail address fields
So that I don't get extraneous results in my search results
