Description
Purpose: If a contact method is not used by a tenant, be able to remove that contact method from the Preferred contact method drop down
As a staff person
I want to be able to remove unused contact methods from the User preferred contact method
So that I don't accidentally assign unsupported contact methods or accidentally raise expectations that contact method is available
