Description
Purpose: Update "Closed library date management for hold shelf expiration date calculation" menu when Hold shelf expiry period is changed between short term and long term values.

Description:
Scenario1:
- Assume a service point sp1 "Hold shelf expiry period" interval has a short term value (Minutes or Hours)
- Select sp1 from Settings > Tenant > ServicePoints > sp1
- click edit button at top right corner
- Change "Hold shelf expiry period" interval value from short term to long term value (days, weeks, months)
- This should not only update the selection list of "Closed library date management for hold shelf expiration date calculation" but also have its value selected to the first option i.e., "Keep the original date". i.e., to say this will be a default value. The user is free to select any other value from the list.
