Description
Overview: When choosing either a session locale or a tenant locale that is different than English, the names of library-created permission sets in Settings --> Users --> General --> Permission Sets do not translate.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Log into folio snapshot as a user with appropriate permissions to Settings --> Users and Settings --> Tenant or Settings --> Developer
- Go to Settings --> Tenant or Settings --> Developer and change the locale to a non-American English locale.
- Go to Settings --> Users --> General --> Permission Sets
Expected Results: The names of the permission sets are translated to the locale language.
Actual Results: The names still appear in American English.
