Settings: Limit number of searches by service point

Purpose: Allow users to configure the number of searches for claimed returned items by service point

1. Scenario
   • Given a service point (Settings > Tenant > Service points)
   • When the edit form is open
   • Then display Claimed returned searches field as last item in the General information accordion
     • Label: General information
     • Input: accepts positive integers
     • Not required
2. Scenario
   • Given a service point (Settings > Tenant > Service points)
   • When viewing the service point
   • Then display Claimed returned searches field
     • Label: Claimed returned searches
     • Value: Input entered in scenario 1
