Description

Purpose: To show the tags icon next to its name in the Settings list

Scenarios

Scenario 1
- Given the list of apps in the Settings first pane
- When viewing the Tags app
- Then instead of a grey box, the user should see the Tags icon next to the label Tags, similar to the display for other apps in the list
