Permissions for Tags on Individual Records: Unassign only

1. Scenario
   • Given the Tags app,
   • When enabled
   • Then a logical permission set should be provided called Tags on records: Unassign only
2. Scenario
   • Given User A has been given the permission set Tags on records: Unassign only and has permission to at least view data records in a main app
   • When User A accesses FOLIO
   • Then for data records in any main app where the user has permission to at least view data records,
     • The tags icon should appear at the top right of the record, next to the Action menu if there is one.
     • When the tags icon is clicked, the tags pane should open for the record
     • The remove "x" should appear next to each tag assigned to the record, allowing them to be unassigned
     • When something is entered in the "Enter a tag" box on the tag pane, FOLIO should only search within tags already assigned to the record.
     • The tag filter should display in the search/filter pane of the main app
3. Scenario
   • Given User A has been given the permission set Tags on records: Unassign only as part of a custom permission set
   • When User A accesses FOLIO
   • Then they should have all rights normally conferred by this permission (see scenario 2) plus whatever additional rights conferred by their custom permission set.
