When redirecting to Inventory or eHoldings, translate filters

The filters that prevail in the Codex Search app when clicking on a full record to redirect to either Inventory or eHoldings will not, in general, be meaningful in the destination application. Therefore we will need to translate them into terms that the destination understands (and, in many cases such as source, simply discard them.)

(In the short term, we will just remove filter settings in the destination application, rather than apply the more worrying solution in STCOM-209.)
