Title Search: Filter Options: Local

Purpose: As a librarian I want the ability to search, sort and filter my title results in the Codex Search app. So that I refine may search and maybe narrow down or broaden up my results in the manner I need. The scope of this story is selecting filters defined available when the source selected is 'Local'.
