POL Title selection overwriting Order template location

    Description

      Overview: If order template includes a location. When applying the order template to create a POL, after selecting an instance to connect POL the location added by the template is replaced by the "Select Holdings" dropdown list

      How to reproduce

      1. Login to folio-testing or bugfest-kiwi
      2. Navigate to order settings
      3. create order template
      4. Add location and quantity 1
      5. save template
      6. navigate to orders
      7. create order with template
      8. create order line
      9. Select instance with the lookup
      10. Scroll down to Location details

      Expected: Location and quantity details remain the same as the details added by the template

      Actual: Location detail is replaced by the "Select Holdings" dropdown list. Order line cannot be save until user chooses a holdings
