The order is saved with empty fields under the "Vendor" accordion

Overview:

Preconditions:

1. The order is created.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into FOLIO as User Diku_Admin.
2. Click on the "Apps" button.
3. Select the "Orders" application in the drop down list.
4. Click on the previously created order from the second column on the screen.
5. Click on the "Add PO line" button in the "PO lines" accordion in the third column on the screen.
6. Fill out all required fields.
7. Click on the "Add vendor reference number" in the "Vendor" accordion in the third column on the screen. And DON'T fill fields in this accordion.
8. Click on the "Save & close" button.

Expected Results: The message about added and unfilled fields is displayed after clicking on the "Save & close" button. Or the order is saved and the "Vendor" accordion is not displayed in it if its fields are not filled.
Actual Results: The order is saved with empty fields under the "Vendor" accordion after clicking on the "Save & close" button.
