Expense class from order template not applied to POL

    Description

      Overview: If user creates an order template that includes expense class. Then when using that order template to create order the expense class does not appear on the POL

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Log into some FOLIO environment as User X
      2. Click Settings
      3. Select Order>Order templates
      4. Create or edit an existing template
      5. Under Fund distribution accordion select a fund with expense classes
      6. Choose an expense class
      7. Save template
      8. Navigate to order app
      9. Create PO using your edited template
      10. Create POL
      11. View Fund distribution accordion

      Expected Results: Fund and expense class(es) are applied from the template

      Actual Results: Fund has been applied but no expense class dropdown appears
