Search error in acquisition unit component on PO

Overview: In the purchase order edit screens, when attempting to fill in the Acquisition unit. Searching causes the form to error.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into some FOLIO environment as User X
2. Navigate to order record
3. Edit PO
4. Select the Acquisition units field
5. Type in a character that begins the name of an Acquisition unit you know exists in your system (i.e. "m" for "main")

Expected Results:
Typing in a string will filter the list of Acquisition units to only those containing that substring

Actual Results:
Only substrings of "Select Acquisition units" are highlighted and filtered to that single line of the dropdown list.... with the possible exception of 'b' and 'j', which filter out the 'Select Acquisition units' option and leave the full Acquisition units list (inverse behavior).
