Update remote storage look and feel

Purpose: To make remote storage settings look like other settings modules in FOLIO

Scenarios:

1. Scenario:
   • Given Settings > Remote storage
   • When I view the page
   • Then I want the design to look like other FOLIO settings pages
2. Scenario:
   • Given Settings > Remote storage > Details page
   • When I view the page
   • Then I want the design to look like other FOLIO settings pages
