Unable to select remote storage system when configuring

Overview: When configuring remote storage system in Bugfest, remote storage system dropdown is empty
Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into FOLIO with remote storage user permissions
2. Go to Settings
3. Click remote storage
4. Select new
5. Fill out fields
6. Select appropriate remote storage system from the dropdown

Expected Results: StagingDirector and EMS are options in the dropdown
Actual Results: Dropdown is empty
Additional Information: User also is unable to save the configuration. When verifying in snapshot same errors occur, though a Save error appears in snapshot and does not in bug fest environment
