Add CaiaSoft to remote storage dropdowns

Purpose: Add CaiaSoft as a remote storage option in Settings > Tennant > Location and Remote storage configuration

User story statement(s):

As a staff person,
I want to choose my remote storage provider
so that I can configure remote storage properly

Scenarios:

1. Scenario:
   • Given Settings > Tennant > Location
   • When I create a new location
   • Then CaiaSoft should be listed along with Dematic EMS and Dematic Staging Director
2. Scenario:
   • Given Remote storage > new configuration
   • When I select Provider name
   • Then I see CaiaSoft in the list of providers
3. Scenario:
   • Given Remote storage > edit configuration
   • When I select Provider name
   • Then I see CaiaSoft in the list of providers
