Description
Purpose: Add to Requests Action dropdown to enable a user to mark a request's title as Not on shelf, triggering the Request status change
User story statement(s):
As a library worker,
I want to mark the request as Not on shelf
so that the patron can be notified AND so that other staff can be notified
Scenarios:
- Scenario:
- Given I have the permission Settings (Circ): Can view and edit Item not on shelf
- When I view the Action menu in a Request detail record
- Then I can see the action Mark not on shelf
- Scenario:
- Given the Action dropdown
- When I click Mark not on shelf
- Then I see a confirmation pop up message with the following:
- Header = Confirm request status: Open - not on shelf
- Message = [Title]'s will be marked as not on shelf, changing the request status to Open - not on shelf. There is [#] open request(s) for this title.
- Bottom left corner = Cancel button
- Bottom right corner = Confirm button
- Scenario
- Given the confirmation pop up message
- When I click Cancel
- Then I am directed back to the Request detail record
- Scenario
- Given the confirmation pop up message
- When I click Confirm
- Then the request status in the detail record changes to Open - Not on shelf AND I am directed back to the Request detail record
- Scenario:
- Given the Request with the status changed to Open - Not on shelf
- When I view filtered and/or searched results in the Requests app
- Then the change in request status is shown in the Request status column
Note: please use the flag (see attachment) as the icon for Mark not on shelf, as it's seen in the action menu in item records
