    Description

Purpose: Add to Requests Action dropdown to enable a user to mark a request's title as Not on shelf, triggering the Request status change

      User story statement(s):

      As a library worker,
I want to mark the request as Not on shelf
so that the patron can be notified AND so that other staff can be notified

      Scenarios:

      1. Scenario:
        • Given I have the permission Settings (Circ): Can view and edit Item not on shelf
        • When I view the Action menu in a Request detail record
        • Then I can see the action Mark not on shelf
      2. Scenario:
        • Given the Action dropdown
        • When I click Mark not on shelf
        • Then I see a confirmation pop up message with the following:
          • Header = Confirm request status: Open - not on shelf
          • Message = [Title]'s will be marked as not on shelf, changing the request status to Open - not on shelf. There is [#] open request(s) for this title.
          • Bottom left corner = Cancel button
          • Bottom right corner = Confirm button
      3. Scenario
        • Given the confirmation pop up message
        • When I click Cancel
        • Then I am directed back to the Request detail record
      4. Scenario
        • Given the confirmation pop up message
        • When I click Confirm
        • Then the request status in the detail record changes to Open - Not on shelf AND I am directed back to the Request detail record
      5. Scenario:
        • Given the Request with the status changed to Open - Not on shelf
        • When I view filtered and/or searched results in the Requests app
        • Then the change in request status is shown in the Request status column

Note: please use the flag (see attachment) as the icon for Mark not on shelf, as it's seen in the action menu in item records
