User's Preferred Pickup Location Not Populating in Request Form

Overview:

Unless a user has circulation-storage.all or folio_admin permissions assigned in Bugfest, the requestor's preferred pickup location will not populate properly when creating a request.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into Juniper Bugfest as a user without the folio_admin permission set or the circulation-storage.all permissions assigned
2. Attempt to create a new request for a user with a preferred pickup location selected (eg. barcode 10192)

Expected Results:

When the user is selected, the preferred fulfillment method and pickup location (for Hold Shelf fulfillment) should automatically populate based on the user's record.

Actual Results:

The pickup location does not populate. A 403 error is reported in the developer tools in Chrome for endpoint: https://okapi-bugfest-juniper.folio.ebsco.com/request-preference-storage/request-preference
