When Duplicating a Cancelled Request, the Cancellation Reason is Copied to the New Open Request

Overview:

When duplicating a cancelled request in the Requests app, the cancellation reason is copied from the cancelled request to the new open request.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into the Juniper Bugfest environment as a user with Request: All Permissions (or equivalent)
2. Visit the following request: https://bugfest-juniper.folio.ebsco.com/requests/view/cebdeaaf-7170-4b1e-9004-5b60b323bf86
3. Choose "Duplicate" from the action menu
4. Confirm the request information and save

Expected Results:

Duplicated request without a cancellation reason visible in the request detail view.

Actual Results:

Duplicated request WITH the original request's cancellation reason visible in the request detail view.
