Overview: When logged into a service point with requests that are closed- pickup expired and closed - cancelled, the Export hold shelf clearance report is not behaving as anticipated. In some tenants, it is not an allowable action (grayed out); in others, the resulting export does not include all expected requests.
- Log in to a FOLIO tenant with service point A assigned to the session
- Go to the Requests app
- Verify that Service Point A has requests in Closed - cancelled and closed - pickup expired.
- Click Actions > Export hold shelf clearance report
Expected results: Able to click the button and CSV download with all anticipated requests
Actual results: Link is either grayed out or, when operable, only including 'Closed-Cancelled', not 'Closed - Pickup expired'
Tested on Bugfest and the export only included Closed-pickup expired, not Closed-cancelled.
