Create updated request results page

Purpose: To add details to the Requests results page to include data needed for title level requests

User story statement(s):

As a library staff member working with requests,
I want see specific title level details
so that I can make the best decisions for patrons

Scenarios:

1. Scenario:
   • Given Request permissions https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1IJnlWvi4k-wFatDNimx9fQ375evHSIIxtGMookHvs-I/edit?usp=sharing 
   • When I have the permission
     • Requests: View
     • Requests: View, create
     • Requests: All permissions
     • Requests: View, edit, cancel
   • Then the following scenarios are true 
2.  Scenario:
   • Given the Requests results list
   • When results are loaded
   • Then the following columns are present:
     • Request date
     • Title 
     • Year
       • Title level request year = instance year
         • When multiple years are available in an instance, display up to 3 of the most recent years (if the years 1979, 1985, 1994, 2002, 2012 are in the instance record, display 1994, 2002, 2012 in the results)
       • Item level request year = instance year
         • When multiple years are available in an instance, display up to 3 of the most recent years (if the years 1979, 1985, 1994, 2002, 2012 are in the instance record, display 1994, 2002, 2012 in the results)
     • Item barcode
     • Type
     • Request status 
     • Queue position
     • Requester
     • Requester barcode 
     • Proxy
3. Scenario: 
   • Given the Requests result list
   • When I select the Action menu
   • Then the following actions are available:
     • Actions
       • New
       • Export search results to CSV
       • Export hold shelf clearance report for Online
       • Print pick slips for Online
