Cancelled request not showing on Hold shelf clearance report until after page refresh

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into https://bugfest-honeysuckle.folio.ebsco.com/ as folio/folio
2. Find a request that is Awaiting pickup and cancel it
3. Run the hold shelf clearance report for the pickup service point where that item was awaiting pickup

Expected Results: Should include the canceled request

Actual Results: Only includes the canceled item if you refresh the page first
