lastCheckedInDateTime token for staff slips is rendered in Zulu time

Steps to Reproduce for pick slip example:

1. Log into bugfest-goldenrol as User dbranchini
2. Page items and note the effective location
3. Note effective location's primary service point
4. Go to Requests (app)
5. Switch service point to this item's effective location's primary service point
6. Export pick slips for service point

Expected Results:
Token values are displayed in locale format and date/time

Actual Results:
{{item.lastCheckedInDateTime}} is displayed as Zulu time instead of local time
