Sorting by Request date column not working anymore

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into https://bugfest-goldenrod.folio.ebsco.com/ as folio/folio
2. Go to Requests app and filter to display a bunch of requests
3. I used the In transit filter
4. Notice that the results are sorted by request date (oldest at top) - this is correct
5. Now click the request date column header

Expected Results: Should reverse sort to show newest at top
Actual Results: The data changes order but its not sorted in any way I can make sense of
Additional Information:

• Screencast attached
• The other columns sort and reverse sort properly
• This does repro in snapshot
• This does not repro in fameflower so I marked it regression - can we get some tests on this so we catch it if it breaks again?
