Newly Created Requests Not Showing in the List Until After Refresh

Steps to repro:

1. Log into folio-testing
2. Go to Requests
3. Create a request

Expected: After request is created, the view mode of the request should display as should the request filters and lists. The newly created request should appear in the list (unless the applied filters exclude it)

Actual: The newly created request doesn't display in the list until after refresh.
